Getting your OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card shipped

If you plan to have your OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card shipped to you, you must allow enough time between placing your order and your planned departure to Rome. Our delivery options are estimated delivery times, so please keep this in mind.

Any shipping to hotels and third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer and OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card cannot accept liability for these packages. We are unable to send FedEx orders to a PO Box address or to addresses in the US Armed Forces.

Collecting your OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card in Rome

If you wish to collect your OMNIA Card in Rome, you will need to print off your email confirmation that was sent to you upon completion of your online order and a valid form of I.D, and bring them to one of these three Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi collection desks in the city - these desks are owned and operated by Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi.


1. O.R.P. Collection Desk - Piazza Pio XII, 9 (St Peter's Basilica)

Open: Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 16.00
Directions: Metro: Ottaviano (Line A) - walk down Via Ottaviano and Via di'Porta Angelica into St Peter's Square. OR Hop-on Hop-off Bus Stop: St Peter's. The ORP office is in the back left hand corner of the square.

Directions: Metro: San Giovanni (Line A) OR Hop-on Hop-off Bus Stop: San Giovanni / St John in the Lateran. The ORP office is inside the Basilica of St John on the right side after the police control.

You can now reserve a time-slot within the 72 hours validity of your OMNIA Vatican and Rome Pass ahead of your visit to these popular Vatican City attractions.

Collection in Rome

If you plan to collect your passes in Rome, simply follow the instructions on your confirmation email, to pre-book your entry-time.


If you choose to have your passes shipped directly to you, the booking instructions will be sent together with the passes. Once you receive them, you will be able to pre-book your entry time.

TOP TIPYour card will become activated on any public transport methods and entry into an attraction so if you use your card for the first time in the afternoon that will count as the first valid day of your 72 hour pass
