To collect your OMNIA Card in Rome, simply enter an estimated arrival date at the purchase process and go to one of the 4 central redemption desks in Rome. The card won’t be activated until after collection and first use.
The card is valid for three consecutive days, so be aware, if you start to use your card on the afternoon of your first day – this counts as one of your three days.

Usually, the majority of attractions included on OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card are open all year round, however, there may be some partial closures around Christmas and New Year.

Some attractions may offer carer places or free entry to visitors with disabilities, so The OMNIA Card might not be the most suitable for them as requirements vary from attraction to attraction. Please contact them directly for further information.

You can purchase up to 10 cards per adult/child card when you buy online. The card, however, is not designed for large groups of travellers and in some cases large groups may be turned away from certain popular attractions.
If you are travelling in a large group, contact each attraction in advance to avoid any disappointment.
Your email confirmation should normally arrive in your inbox a few minutes after completing a transaction/purchase. If you haven't received an email confirmation then we recommend you check your spam filter or junk folder.

Children under 5 years can travel Rome transport system for free.
The OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card includes a Travelcard valid for three consecutive days, free with each card. This includes travel on the Metro system, buses and overground trains.
The Metro is open from 05:30 until 23.30. On Saturdays this extends to 24:30.
Local buses and the rail network’s hours of service may vary so consult ATAC, Rome’s local transport operator, before you travel.
The OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You can use your card as soon as you have picked it up! Just turn up at the first attraction you want to visit and the card will activate upon entry.
The card will be valid for 72 consecutive hours.
Yes, the cards run on a consecutive 72 hour basis. If you activate your card on a Monday that will be included as the first day and your last day will be Wednesday.
Note: if you start using your card in the late afternoon or evening that will still count as your first day.

OMNIA Vatican & Rome is an initiative born from the joint co-operation of Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi, an activity of the Vicariate of Rome, Department of the Holy See, and Roma Capitale, produced in collaboration with Zetema and ATAC.
GENERAL
The OMNIA Vatican and Rome card is owned and managed by OPERA Romana Pellegrinaggi and Roma Capitale.

The website – romeandvaticanpass.com - is owned and managed by The Leisure Pass Group acting as a sales agent for the OMNIA Vatican and Rome card.
OPEN BUS
All those who purchase a Roma Cristiana offer must be in possession of a valid purchase ticket and are required to keep it for the duration of the itinerary and to show it upon request to the personnel in charge.
Tickets must be stamped by the onboard assistant or by one of the stamping machines when the participant boards the bus.
Tickets are non-refundable, nor can they be transferred to third parties: therefore, our onboard personnel is not authorized to grant refunds.
O.R.P. commits itself to communicate eventual suspensions of service or route changes in case of protest or strike. Suspensions of service or changes in route due to unannounced protests and/or strikes do not give a right of refund.
The participants of Roma Cristiana are required to pay for any eventual damages caused to vehicles, things or other participants.
The following have the right to free transport: children from 0 to 10 years, when accompanied by an adult; disabled persons; seeing-eye dogs.
Transport of animals: small-sized dogs and cats are allowed on board pursuant to payment of a ticket. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per bus. Dogs must be on a leash and muzzled. The owners of the animals will be responsible for any eventual damages caused to the bus, to O.R.P. personnel or to other passengers.
Luggage: luggage exceeding the dimensions of 25x45x80 cm will not be allowed on board. There is no extra charge for collapsible strollers and musical instruments no greater than 115x50x20 cm. 9. Animals and/or baggage can be refused by O.R.P. personnel due to the demands of our services. 10. Passengers are required to respect the O.R.P. security norms shown on board.
ITINERARIES
Pilgrims must show up at the meeting point. Those who do not respect the starting time of the itinerary will be considered no-shows and will not be provided a refund.
O.R.P. is not responsible for the cancellation of itineraries due to events and/or conditions out of the organization's control. Such events include, but are not limited to, religious celebrations, security reasons, extraordinary events, and extreme weather conditions. In such cases, O.R.P. is not obliged to refund the ticket but may transfer the itinerary to another date.
Appropriate clothing is required for pilgrims who intend to visit churches and/or basilicas. It is mandatory to have shoulders and legs covered.
The pilgrims who use the audio guides of the Vatican Museums and/or those of St. Peter's Basilica are required to present a currently valid I.D. to the respective personnel. The I.D. will be returned upon return of the audio guide and must use them with care and according to their intended purpose
The itinerary may undergo changes resulting from unforeseen activities or events by the Holy See or the State of Vatican City.
IN THE EVENT OF RENUNCIATION
In the event of a no-show and renunciation, the pass is non-refundable. Furthermore, no refund is offered for passes that are purchased but not retrieved. In the event of acquisition via the Internet, the right of a refund is expressly excluded. Please notice that the OMNIA V&R voucher is valid for 12 months following the date of purchase.
IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
ORP will not replace the pass in the event that it goes missing, is lost, damaged or destroyed, or if it is stolen or becomes unreadable. The pass will be substituted only in the event that it is deemed to have defects not caused by negligence or mal-intent on the part of the user.

CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order for The OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card (including the OMNIA Rome and Vatican Pass and the Roma Pass) purchased with it within 14 working days starting from the day after the completion of your online order (“Cancellation Period”).
To cancel, you must contact us by phone on +44 (0) 20 7293 0972 within the Cancellation Period.
If you cancel your order within the Cancellation Period you must return all OMNIA Vatican & Roma Pass products within the OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card to Leisure Pass Returns, PO BOX 25, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1ZG, United Kingdom within 30 days.
You are responsible for the cost of returning The OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card (including the Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass and the Roma Pass).
You do not have the right to cancel your order for The OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card (including the Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass and the Roma Pass) within the cancellation period if you have activated The OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card or otherwise started using The OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card (including the Omnia Rome and Vatican Pass and the Roma Pass).
Your credit or debit card information is secure at all times and there is really no need to be nervous about buying the OMNIA Rome and Vatican Pass on the internet.
The Leisure Pass Group take security very seriously and use state of the art and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. SSL or 'secure mode' means that all of your details are encrypted to help keep them secure.
Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on our site, so your card and personal details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the internet.
As soon as you access the "details" page of our purchase process, ie. before you enter any personal or payment details, your browser will go into secure mode.
You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock or a key icon at the bottom or top of your screen.
Within the purchase process we also ask for your card billing address as an additional security check.
OMNIA Rome and Vatican Pass card payments are processed by a trusted third party payment processing company - Sagepay - who encrypt all credit or debit card information and authorise payments directly. Neither Sagepay nor the Leisure Pass Group retain your credit card details after purchase. This is why you need to enter your card details each time you order.
We recommend that you always close down your Internet browser when you have finished shopping online, especially if you use a shared PC. This will delete temporary internet cookies from any sites that you may have visited.
