Rome Metro Pass - Get Around Rome With A Travelcard

Rome is a great city to explore with an excellent public transport system to help visitors get around and make the most of their holiday. Getting from each popular attraction is made easy with the 72-hour travelcard which comes free with each OMNIA Vatican and Rome card.

Save stress and hassle with a Travelcard

Free public transport throughout the city during your stay means there is no need to worry about how you are going to move around or how much it will cost.

The travelcard includes journeys on:

 Metro trains

 Overground trains

It’s easy to use - you simply show the Travelcard at ticket gates or to conductors and bus drivers then hop on board any of the metro lines, buses or trains included.

TOP TIPMake sure you sign the back of your travelcard to activate it. The travelcard is valid for 72 hours from first activation.

Please note: The Travelcard does not include travel to and from the city airports.

A Must Have. The Omnia pass is worth every single penny. It guarantees that you beat the queues at the Vatican and The Colloseum, which we couldn't believe when we actually arrived at the venues. Hundreds and hundreds of people queuing up and we bypassed them all. Hop on hop off bus service also got us to most of the major attractions, not only that but we had free use of public transport (buses & trains) which we took full advantage of. Very helpful staff at the collection points too. One extra bit of advise which we thought we would have benefited from is, when you collect your 3 day pass, the 3 days it is valid for doesn't begin until you actually use it for the first attraction/ journey, so you can pick it up on your first day without losing any time on your pass. Enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
